About HIPTEX
HIPTEX is an academic institution that started in 2017 as a vocational institution and was authorized by the Ministry of State, Minister of Higher Education to run a good number of Higher National Diploma (HND) fields through authorization No 21-0061/N/MINESUP/SG/DDES/ESUP/SDA/aosb. An expansion for mentorship for the BACHELOR and MASTER Degree programs via a circular letter Ref: L21/0057/UBa/VC/DVC-TIC/D/AcA/HOD-UC for the signing of MOU and SPA.
HIPTEX has come to bring education to the doorsteps of Cameroonian citizens, Africans, and the world at large and to light the path to professionalism. The gap that exists between the poor and the rich here in Cameroon, Africa, and the world at large is too vast, and thus HIPTEX has come to bring a solution to it. Just as the great South African president Nelson Mandela said, “Education is the great engine for personal development. It is through education that the daughter of a peasant can become a doctor, that the son of a mine worker can become the head of a mine; that the child of a farm worker can become the president of a great nation. It is what we make out of what we have, not what we are given that separates one person from another”. HIPTEX has thus come to our doorsteps today, that no matter our financial standing, HIPTEX is there to educate us. No one should keep living in darkness and ignorance in this 21st century.
At HIPTEX, we see education as a pivotal scheme in the 2035 emergency idea being song these days, thus HIPTEX is the epicenter of an emergent Cameroon come 2035. The door of HIPTEX is open for all those thirsty for knowledge irrespective of their nationality, religion, color, sex, race, and language as well as their financial standing. Hence it is non-discriminatory. We are special at HIPTEX because we train, employ and our graduates work and pay their fees. No matter how dark your path is, come to HIPTEX, and we shall light it.
About Dr. Kebuya
Dr. Kebuya Nathaniel Nganchi is the founder and managing director of Higher Insitutute for Professionalism and Excellence, HIPTEX Yaounde with branches in Garoua, Bertoua, Kumba and Ebolowa. Being an educationalist, Dr. Kebuya has always had the passion to upskill young Cameroonians. He has been an instructor in the academic milieu for twelve years in different institutions and spheres. He has taught economics and commerce at both ordinary and advanced levels in several secondary schools for five years. He equally served as an administrator, that is Discipline Master in GBHS Ndop and GBHS Down Town Bamenda for seven years. He was an instructor (Teacher Trainer) for CAPIET programs NACHO TECHNICAL TEACHERS Training college three years. He dedicated the past six years of life as a lecturer in Higher Insitute for Professionalism and Excellence, HIPTEX.
